About Coralie
Yoga came first to my life to resolve a posture issue and back pain and it rapidly became a philosophy of life thanks to the rapid benefits it brought to the body but equally to the mind. This is why my practice aims at maintaining this invaluable balance focusing on mindful breath and alignments. Having lived in 4 different countries in the last 10 years I am keen to bring this multicultural wealth and empathy into my teaching to ensure that everyone finds his own way to yoga.
